Every image has has a memory, but the ones that stand out tell a story. this album of photographs have a special place in my heart because of the composition, and my feelings at the time while looking through the lens.
Backlighting
my favourite technique in wildlife photography is shooting into the sun when it’s low in the sky. many images will not work but the few ones that do can create magical and immersive portraits.
Birds of Prey
I have always been fascinated by Birds of Prey simply because of their impressive looks and sheer power to thrive in a healthy ecosystem. Their intelligence combined with strong adaptations puts them at the top of the food chain. I love capturing these spectacular moments because they send adrenaline through my body.
Kenya
At the tail end of 2022 I was lucky enough to go to Kenya and stay in the Borana Conservancy where I had always dreamt of going. It was an incredible experience for me to be able to see such stunning and prehistoric looking animals. I enjoyed improving my photography with different subjects and refreshing my mind in the African wilderness.
